Full-time, permanent opening Hospital-employedWe have an exciting opportunity for a BE / BC Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team at a well-established acute care community hospital in Eastern Connecticut. The role includes working in an inpatient setting and providing care for individuals requiring behavioral health and substance use services. Collaborate with a team that includes another psychiatrist and psychiatric APRN Shared after-hours weekday call with compensation; optional weekend call available Supervise medical students, residents, and non-physician health professionals Participate in Medical Staff Committees and improvement projects focused on innovative behavioral health initiatives Engage in leadership development and training opportunities within the network Competitive salary with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical / dental, 401(k) match, generous PTO, and CME support Eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program
