Hopes Global Getaways is a remote travel planning company powered by a full-service travel agency that specializes in destination weddings honeymoons cruises family vacations and luxury getaways. We partner with top global travel brands to design seamless memorable travel experiences for clients worldwide.

Our mission is to help travelers plan unforgettable vacations while offering flexible remote opportunities for individuals who are passionate about travel and customer service.

Position Overview

We are seeking motivated detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Vacation this role you will assist clients with researching planning and booking customized vacations from tropical beach escapes to international adventures all while working remotely with a flexible schedule.

This is an ideal opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others have strong communication skills and want to build a career in the travel industry with training and ongoing support provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with vacation planning including flights accommodations cruises tours and excursions etc.

Offer destination expertise recommendations and travel guidance

Communicate with clients via phone email and online platforms

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Stay informed on travel trends promotions and supplier offerings

Handle end-to-end coordination of bookings with travel partners

Maintain accurate client records and booking details

Qualifications

Passion for travel and helping others plan meaningful experiences

Strong communication and customer service skills

Demonstrates strong time management skills with the ability to work independently

Basic computer and internet proficiency

Must be at least 18 years old

Must reside in the U.S. U.K. or another qualifying region

No prior travel industry experience required training and certification provided
