• Clinic hours 8 am - 4 pm with call duties
• 16 - 18 patient encounters per shift
• Outpatient clinic setting with inpatient labor and delivery
• In-office procedures required including IUD insertion, colposcopy, endometrial biopsy
• Level 3 NICU with approximately 2000 deliveries annually
• Postpartum rounding starting at 6 am
