Ability to think creatively and strategically to overcome technical challenges and drive innovation in technology. Extensive multiplayer experience. Knowledge of game engine architecture and algorithms. Thorough multi-threaded programming skills. Excellent communication skills : We have a multilingual and multicultural working environment and the ability to communicate across language and time zone barriers is essential. Shipped at least one Unreal-based project for Xbox, Playstation consoles. Experience using GAS Company-paid medical healthcare (dental, vision, and mental). Job Description
CD PROJEKT RED is looking for a Senior Gameplay Engineer - Combat to join our team to work on Project Sirius - an original video game combining beloved aspects of The Witcher world with immersive multiplayer gameplay.
In this role you will collaborate with our team working in Unreal Engine 5 to build new mechanics and features to generate compelling gameplay. You’ll be in charge of defining, building, and maintaining the core system of character ability management.
Daily Responsibilities :
- Work closely with designers and animators to fulfill the vision of the game
- Build and maintain solid and flexible gameplay systems that work in both singleplayer and multiplayer.
- Write high-quality code that is optimized, bug-free, and aligned with project goals.

Estimated pay range for this position : $118,800 - $198,000 USD annually
