Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with managers employees and customers to build strong relationships
  • Implement and manage a comprehensive menu-selling process to maximize department profitability and product penetration
  • Present transparent financing and product options to customers
  • Review and ensure timely completion of all department paperwork daily
  • Support the Sales Department in achieving its goals through active partnership
  • Model professionalism ethics and exceptional customer service at all times

    • Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience as a Finance Manager in the automotive industry
  • Proven track record of exceptional customer service and CSI performance
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and follow through consistently
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Positive can-do attitude

    • Job Type : Full-time

    Salary : $125000.00 - $200000.00 per year
