Clinical Nurse III : Infectious Disease / Secure Unit

Join our dynamic team in the Secure Unit, where you will play a vital role in patient care and progress towards discharge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess, coordinate, plan, direct, implement, and manage the needs of patients throughout their episode of care.
• Focus on the transition of care during acute hospital stays to ensure a smooth progress towards discharge.
• Deliver and coordinate patient care with the caregiving team, ensuring competent, compassionate service.
• Communicate effectively with patients, hospital staff, and referring facilities in both inpatient and community settings.
• Participate in the Nursing Professional Advancement Pathway (NPAP) and progress from novice to competent within your specialty.
• Eligible to advance to proficient or expert status based on eligibility criteria outlined in NPAP.

Work Shift : Night

Salary Range : $88,192.00 - $136,697.60

Hourly Rate : $36.73 - $60.93
