A day in the life :
- The Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will be responsible for audits, strategy, content, and setup of the broadcast campaigns and email automation of current and potential customers, as well as SMS campaign execution. You will be involved in further innovating clients' strategy, optimizing towards higher success metrics, and leveraging senior leaders in the team to further innovate strategy. This is an extremely cross-functional role that will be closely working with creative, content, web, and other departments in the company.
Responsibilities :
Define and drive email marketing and SMS strategy for the PDM clientsManage daily operations of the email marketing channel marketing calendar, strategy and content, build and deployment of email campaigns, as well as A / B testing, measurement and reportingBuild and manage automated email marketing programs for our clients and ensure end-to-end tracking and proper measurementCollaborate with creative team to ensure brand guidelines are followed in emailsReport and provide recommendations on lifecycle programs' performance monthly to clientsUse data to continuously test, measure and optimize the email marketing programPartner and collaborate cross-functionally with all other internal digital channelsEmploy AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processesUtilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your departmentRole Requirements :
2-5 years experience in email marketing strategy, production and end-to-end campaign managementStrong analytical and strategic copywriting skills, understanding of A / B testing practices, ability to draw conclusions from data and take action accordinglyHands-on experience with email platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, Braze, or similarSMS experience (preferred)Expertise in email best practices, including segmentation, deliverability, copy and design approachesWorking knowledge of HTML / CSS for email codingStrong communication, rapport building and presentation skills, as well as the ability to navigate difficult conversationsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Manages 5-7 enterprise or growth accountsBelow 10% client churn rateHitting defined EBIDTA goalMost Important Things (MITs) :
