Job Title : Project Coordinator Administrative

Location : Flushing NY

Duration : 27 Weeks

Schedule : 9 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM (30-minute break)

Local Pay : $35 / hr

Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Project Coordinator Administrative for an exciting job in Flushing NY.

Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities timelines and workflows to support departmental initiatives.

Assist with scheduling budgeting and documentation for active projects.

Maintain accurate and organized project records reports and tracking logs.

Provide administrative support such as meeting coordination calendar management and communication drafting.

Serve as a communication liaison between internal teams leadership and stakeholders.

Prepare edit and distribute project-related correspondence and materials.

Support daily business office functions as required.

Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination administrative support or business office operations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Professional interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels.

Ability to manage competing priorities maintain accuracy and meet deadlines.

Understanding of healthcare design construction scheduling and budgeting processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in a related field.
