Responsibilities :

Prepare and cook meals according to established menus and recipes

Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety standards

Assist with ordering and inventory management of food and supplies

Collaborate with dietary staff to meet special dietary needs and preferences

Provide exceptional customer service to residents, staff, and families

Maintain accurate records of food inventory, waste, and production

Requirements :

1 year of experience in a healthcare setting

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods

Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation principles

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
