Responsibilities :

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care

Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers

Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes

Uphold professional and ethical standards of care at all times

Requirements :

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in Virginia

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

Strong communication, problem-solving, and patient-care skills

Previous clinical experience required
