Health Software QA Manager

As a key leader on the team youll have the opportunity to have a direct hand in crafting the next advancements in Apples health software ecosystem. We work on the Health appa platform for Health and Fitness efforts across Appleas well as the Research App and related features and experiences that broaden the definition of what our platform can do. You will work with experienced engineers designers and medical experts to architect features that delight users as well as form a solid technical foundation for future this position you will need to be self-directed creative and comfortable with change and ambiguity. Excellent engineering collaboration and leadership skills are all essential.

• Minimum of five years of experience working in Software Quality Assurance required
• Minimum of two years recent experience working as a Software Quality Assurance lead or manager required
• Track record demonstrating the ability to build a diverse and strong team attracting hiring retaining motivating the best talent
• Ability to understand and break down large features into manageable pieces
• Comfort driving through various constraints and ambiguity on difficult problems to make sound decisions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to facilitate close interaction with development teams management and other organizations within Apple
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or equivalent work experience
• Demonstrated passion for developing great user experiences
• Highly organized someone who thrives working in a fast-paced environment and loves learning new technologies
• Track record of testing and shipping high quality apps or frameworks
• Experience leading and developing a team in a cross-functional environment
• A passion for health and health-related technology
