Claims Transformation Analyst (SNAPSHEET)

Genesis10 is seeking a Claims Transformation Analyst with our insurance client based in Rolling Meadows, IL. This is a remote, 6+ month, contract position, with potential to extend or convert, based on business and project needs. Compensation range : $65- $75 W2H. Must have Snapsheet experience. Main Responsibilities Owns and drives business process definition and documentation of Business Process Flows. Works with the business to drive process improvement opportunities. Owns the creation of Business Requirements and Business Requirement Documents. Translates Business Requirements into Functional Requirements for development. Organizes, coordinates, and drives Functional Design Documents for new and enhanced applications. Works with technical teams to ensure effective translation of functional to technical design. Contributes to user reference, training, and testing materials by providing requirements and process context. Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills. Quickly learns and understands business processes. Builds strong relationships with key business stakeholders. Plans, executes, and facilitates sessions to collect business information. Understands and documents IT systems and components related to business capability enablement. Models and documents business capability needs. Facilitates requirements sessions with business representatives. Creates materials for and participates in vendor evaluations (RFI, RFP, scoring). Utilizes accepted project management tools and practices. Participates in and drives system design activities, including JAD sessions. Supports test planning and execution. May obtain specialized skills to support additional business processes or units. Provides excellent service to internal and external customers. Prepares clear business documentation and communication. Performs ad hoc analysis as needed. Performs other duties as assigned.
