Strong knowledge of psychiatric nursing practices and mental health disorders.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in managing medication regimens and understanding psychopharmacology.Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary health team.Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
