Job Summary and Qualifications
The Registered Nurse will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, adhering to department standards and best practices. Working collaboratively with medical professionals, the RN will provide individualized care while advocating for patients and their families. Key responsibilities include :
Regularly assessing and managing patient pain to ensure optimal care.Performing procedures and monitoring as prescribed by physicians, accurately documenting care in patient records.Responding promptly to patient needs and proactively addressing concerns.Educating patients and families about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and healthy lifestyle practices.Qualifications :
