Summary :
We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Sr. Manager, Commercial Financial to join our fast-growing Finance & Accounting organization. This role carries meaningful ownership of Commercial P&L performance and serves as a primary FP&A partner to Commercial, Market Access, and Accounting leadership.
As Sr. Manager, you will own the Commercial P&L, lead forecasting and GTN (Gross-to-Net) variance analysis, and provide clear financial narratives that guide pricing, contracting, and investment decisions. You will operate as a trusted advisor to cross-functional leaders, translating financial results into actionable insights that directly influence revenue, margin, and long-term growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to :
- Own and manage key components of the Commercial P&L, including revenue, Gross-to-Net (GTN), and margin drivers.
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for Commercial and Market Access functions.
- Drive month-end close activities related to Commercial performance, including accruals, variance analysis, and executive-level reporting.
- Analyze GTN drivers, identify structural risks and opportunities, and continuously refine assumptions to improve forecast accuracy.
- Serve as the primary financial partner to Commercial and Market Access leaders, supporting pricing strategy, contracting decisions, and portfolio optimization.
- Lead pre-deal financial modeling and post-deal performance assessments for commercial and government contracts.
- Evaluate P&L impact of new indications, lifecycle management initiatives, and strategic investments.
- Own and maintain integrated financial models within Anaplan, ensuring alignment between actuals, forecast, and strategic plans.
- Partner with Procurement to validate realized savings and quantify margin impact.
- Proactively identify financial risks, upside opportunities, and trade-offs, presenting clear recommendations to senior leadership.
- Deliver executive-ready financial insights, scenario analyses, and ad hoc decision support as needed.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA, MSF, or CPA strongly preferred5+ years of progressive FP&A experience with demonstrated ownership of P&L forecasting and analysis.2+ years supporting Commercial and Market Access organizations within a commercial-stage pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences company, or equivalent consulting experience.Hands-on experience with GTN modeling, pricing strategy, and revenue forecasting.Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders and influence decisions through financial insight.Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SAP and Anaplan required.Strong executive communication skills, including the ability to distill complex analyses into clear business implications.Self-directed, highly accountable, and comfortable operating with ambiguity in a growth environment.Culture Fit Requirements :
