Account Data Operations Analyst

As an Account Data Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the efficient and accurate management of account data, ensuring contract compliance, data integrity, process development, and quality assurance. This includes reviewing agreements for completeness and accuracy, while supporting internal teams with process improvements. Additionally, you will play a key role in ensuring timely revenue recognition, specialize in analyzing agreements, ensuring accuracy, and supporting revenue processes and maintaining secure, organized digital records. You will manage incident tickets and provide high-quality support to both internal and external stakeholders. By proactively identifying areas for improvement and collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to operational excellence and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to the account data you manage.

What You Will Do :
- Contract Compliance
- Review agreements and order forms for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Process agreements, maintenance requests, billing, and funding documents to ensure timely implementation.
- Complete data entry tasks to set up and maintain products in internal databases, supporting revenue recognition.
- Conduct audits within internal / external account data management systems to ensure accurate and timely processing for revenue recognition
- Track and resolve client incident tickets, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of business-critical issues.
- Learn and utilize company technologies such as Salesforce, DocuSign, indirect lending platforms, internal / external account data management systems, PowerBI, SharePoint, etc.
- Maintain the security and integrity of confidential client and account data.
- Process Development & Improvement :
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues, assist in data reconciliations, and ensure proper setup for revenue recognition
- Challenge legacy processes and policies to improve data management, invoicing, and revenue processing by proposing creative solutions
- Share best practices and provide cross-training to peers, ensuring continuous improvement in the efficiency and quality of the team's support.
- Maintain a procedure manual for any changes to business policies and procedures.
- Audit and Quality Assurance :
- Audit data and paperwork for compliance with company policies and data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve issues identified during audits.
- Complete peer reviews of deliverables, providing feedback to enhance quality and efficiency.
- Verify that system configurations and data entries are accurate and align with internal standards.
- Data Management :
- Maintain organized and accurate digital records, ensuring data reliability.
- Verify entered data against source documents to ensure correctness and integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Ensure consistency across systems and databases, maintaining data integrity.
- Follow company protocols to secure and manage confidential client and account data.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs and key datasets for anomalies
- Incident Tickets & Client Support :
- Track and resolve client incident tickets to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Take ownership of assigned account data, ensuring all tasks and follow-ups are completed on time
- Develop a deep understanding of systems, products, and services to provide effective support.
- Provide system guidance and best practices to internal teams to optimize platform use.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and prompt issue resolution

The Ideal Candidate :
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration2+ years of experience in data operations, accounting systems, or financial data analysis3+ years of customer order management or account data management experience in the technology industry2+ years familiarity with compliance standards and revenue processesAbility to design and document business workflows using, Visio, Lucidchart or similarSkilled in creating clear, detailed documentation for operational processes and system configurationsProficient in analyzing large datasets using Excel functions, pivot tables and data visualization techniquesSpecialized Skills :
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and company software applications (e.g., Salesforce, PowerBI, SharePoint), with the ability to effectively utilize these tools for account data management and process optimization.In-depth knowledge of contract compliance, data entry processes, and account data management, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal standards.Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly and professionally interact with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients, both verbally and in writing.Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to detail in managing complex data and resolving discrepancies.Proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy while meeting deadlines and SLAs.Understanding of business and revenue processes, with the ability to resolve or escalate issues as appropriate to support operational excellence.Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure, contributing effectively in a team-oriented environment.Familiarity with credit bureau functions and indirect lending platforms is a plus.Quick learner, adept at mastering new software tools and technologies relevant to account data management.Why you should apply :

This base pay will take into consideration internal equity, candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge and experience among other factors. Origence maintains a highly competitive compensation program. Under company guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual bonus to provide an incentive to achieve targeted goals. Bonuses are awarded at company's discretion on an individual basis.
