We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Black Desert Resort location in Ivins, UT

Responsibilities

This Operations Supervisor will assist and advise assigned Hotel Technicians in their day to day operations, to ensure that all levels of service and standards of operations are met and exceed in the perception of our clients and customers.

Ensuring that Hotel Technicians are positively interacting with Hotel Staff to maximize effectiveness of sales and service.

Monitor training of all Hotel Technicians including but not limited to : appearance, technical skills, sales, customer service, maintenance of equipment, safety, relationship building and customer complaints.

Inventory Control.

Interface with operational departments.

Assist with hiring, training and coaching Hotel Technicians as required.

Will on occasion drive a 16’ box truck for the transport of equipment to offsite storage.

Provide directorship training for each staff technician.

Maintain high visibility within assigned location.

Other duties as assigned.

Flexible with work schedule.

Must Have Requirements

Complete knowledge of hotel operations.

4 years or more experience as an Audio Visual Technician.

Excellent organization, communication and motivational skills.

Service oriented with attention to detail and deadlines.

Possess the ability to manage and work with many different types of people and personalities on many different levels.
