Purpose of Role :

Marex is seeking a Junior Trader for the TBA Desk (To-be-announced (TBA) securities).  This individual will be an ambitious and proactive individual in a junior level position with the ability to work autonomously, and also as part of a team. Provide support to senior brokers with market color, orders, and post-trade analysis.

Capital Markets is a division of Marex offering a range of products and services to clients as well as internal trading desks.

Responsibilities :

• Analyze financial data and market microstructure for patterns.
• Contribute to TBA product trading capability to support liquidity for clients.

Salary Range :   $65,000 to $90,000 per year base salary plus discretionary bonus
