• Position Overview :

We are seeking a

• compassionate and skilled Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)
• to provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and educationwhile working within a collaborative, team-based environment.
• What Youll Do :
• Conduct comprehensive physical exams, assessments, and patient histories
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of conditions
• Provide primary care support across multiple specialties
• Perform in-scope procedures
• Collaborate closely with specialists in
• ENT, Surgical, and Medical Subspecialties
• to ensure continuity and coordination of care
• Utilize
• E-ClinicalWorks
• for efficient, compliant, and patient-centered documentation
• Provide emergency and urgent interventions when necessary
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, prevention strategies, and lifestyle modifications
• Qualifications :
• Certified
• Nurse Practitioner (NP-C / FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C)
• licensed in the state of Ohio
• Must be experienced in primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine
• Comfortable managing a broad patient panel across all ages and backgrounds
• Proficient in clinical procedures relevant to outpatient care
• Strong communication and empathy skillsyour ability to
• connect
• with patients matters as much as your clinical expertise
