Full-Time | Days, Rotating Weekends

Pay Range : $30.75 to $44.68 / hr (based on experience)

Shift Differentials : $4.50 / hr Nights | $1.50 / hr Weekends

Sign-On Bonus : $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights)

Relocation Assistance : Case-by-Case

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.

Administer medications, monitor treatment responses, and adjust care plans as needed.

Advocate for patient safety and wellbeing at all times.

Educate patients and families about medications, procedures, and discharge instructions.

Utilize time, supplies, and equipment efficiently to optimize patient outcomes.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient care activities.

Support and uphold infection control standards and facility policies.

Qualifications

Required :

Active Florida RN license or multistate compact license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days of relocation).

Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN).

Basic Life Support (BLS AHA) required within 30 days of start.

NIH Stroke Scale certification within 30 days of employment.

ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.

Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience OR acute inpatient rehabilitation experience.

Preferred :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).

Prior experience in a 5 : 1 or 6 : 1 med-surg unit ratio environment.

Strong teamwork and communication skills with a commitment to patient advocacy.
