Job Details

A well-respected mid-sized law firm in Boston is looking for a Litigation Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. You'll handle a broad mix of commercial litigation and insurance defense matters—ranging from catastrophic injury / wrongful death claims and product liability, to coverage disputes and professional malpractice.

What You’ll Do :

• Represent clients in complex litigation in both state and federal courts
• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs; manage discovery and depositions
• Appear in court and support trial teams
• Advise clients on insurance coverage, indemnity, and litigation strategy
• Engage in mediations, arbitrations, and high-stakes settlements
