A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their Legal team in North America.

Key Responsibilities

Review, draft, and manage various technology and intellectual property agreements

Advise stakeholders on legal issues, compliance, and business strategy

Respond to legal requests and summarize legal concepts for business implementation

Required Qualifications

A minimum of eight years of in-house or top-tier law firm experience in technology licensing or transactional law

Qualified to practice law in the state of residence

Experience in structuring domestic and international transactions

Background in drafting service agreements and intellectual property agreements

Expertise in GDPR and other data protection regulations
