Construction Project Coordinator LHH Recruitment is partnering with a company in Albuquerque, NM who is in search of a commercial project coordinator to join their team. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday. The salary range is $55,000-$65,000.

The Construction Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting project managers, organizing project documentation, interacting with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations on commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and experienced in coordinating multiple project tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating commercial construction projects
• Prepare, maintain, and track project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to facilitate workflow and resolve issues
• Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Assist with bid preparation, contract administration, and procurement activities
• Support onsite operations by coordinating deliveries, inspections, and documentation needs
• Maintain accurate project records and reporting
• Utilize CAD software for basic drawing updates or project documentation
