About the Position

AlliedTravelCareers is working with MEDSCoders to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in West Chester, Ohio, 45069!

Perform comprehensive patient evaluations to determine functional abilities and therapy needs

Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and diagnosis

Implement therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and coordination

Use therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, modalities, and functional training techniques

Educate patients and families on therapy plans, exercises, and expected outcomes

Document patient progress accurately and maintain detailed medical records

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care

Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans as needed

Ensure a safe and supportive treatment environment

Assist with discharge planning and home exercise programs

Requirements

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program

Active state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure)

CPR / BLS certification

Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills

Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team

Experience in outpatient, hospital, rehab, or skilled nursing settings preferred
