[job_card.job_description]Eight-month program combining instructor-led classroom lab and shop experience. Program alternates weekly between one of our Ohio Cat training facilities (Cleveland or Columbus) and your home shop. 640 hours of hands-on training. Comprehensive training in : Safety & Rigging Machine Familiarization Electrical 1 & 2 EPG Basics 1-3 Engines 1 & 2 Large Engine Applied Failure Analysis Generator Preventive Maintenance ARC Flash NFPA 70 / 110 And MORE Learn to service and maintain Caterpillar generators and engines. Develop expertise in electrical systems and generator operation. Collaborate with industry leaders and serve vital customers. High school diploma or equivalent. Interest in electrical and mechanical systems. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Motivated to join a fast-paced high-growth industry. $25.00 per hour paid training program Receive a tool set / or voucher upon training completion. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations with both constant and sudden loud noises possible.
