Now Hiring : Full-Time Remote Virtual Assistants – Join a Fast-Growing U.S.-Based Cleaning Company!

We’re looking for  dedicated, detail-oriented, and proactive Virtual Assistants to join our remote team. English both verbal and written being proficient is critical in for your success in this role. This is a  long-term, full-time opportunity with room to grow.

Position : Virtual Assistant (Full-Time)

Location : Remote

Salary : Competitive USD-based monthly salary + bonuses

Working Hours : U.S. Timezone (EST) – Looking to cover 3 shifts across multiple times

Responsibilities :

  • Scheduling and dispatching cleaning teams using software (like BookingKoala or similar)
  • Managing inbound and outbound sales calls with clients (must speak clear English)
  • Handling reschedules, follow-ups, and last-minute changes efficiently
  • Communicating with cleaners to confirm arrival, job progress, and completion
  • Updating CRM and client notes, maintaining accurate records
  • Following SOPs for onboarding new clients and supporting back-end operations

Handling customer service issues with professionalism and empathy

  • Excellent spoken and written English (this is a must, our clients need to feel like you're local)
  • Prior experience in customer support or sales (cleaning industry is a plus)
  • Reliable internet connection and laptop / PC
  • Familiarity with CRMs, scheduling tools, or willingness to learn quickly
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Willing to work CST hours consistently
