Forklift Operator – $18.50–$21/hr – 4×10‑Hr Shifts

We’re hiring Forklift Operators to support warehouse operations, production, and shipping. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and offers long-term growth opportunities.

Pay & Schedule

• $18.50–$21/hr
• 4×10‑hour shifts available, with overtime available
• Schedule options:
  • Mon–Thu 6:00am–4:00pm
  • Mon–Thu 4:00pm–2:00am
  • Additional Mon–Fri shifts: 8:00am–4:30pm or 3:30pm–11:30pm

Job Duties

• Load/unload inbound and outbound trailers
• Stage materials for production and remove finished goods
• Perform shipment verification, counts, and damage checks
• Support shipping/receiving (UPS/FedEx)
• Stock shelves and maintain general warehouse cleanliness
• Complete daily equipment inspections
• General labor, order picking, and heavy lifting (up to 65 lbs)

Additional Requirements

• 1+ year warehouse or manufacturing experience
• Ability to operate necessary equipment
• Ability to lift 65 lbs and perform bending, twisting, kneeling, and extended standing
• Comfortable working in extreme heat/cold
• Must be able to work around hay/hay-based products
• Occasional weekends
• Works well in a fast-paced environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Omaha, NE.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.54 - $19.54/hr.
