Our current dentist is preparing to gradually reduce clinical days, and we’re seeking a talented, personable Associate Dentist who can grow into a lead role over time. Position Overview :

We are seeking a Dentist who values quality care, enjoys patient interaction, and is looking for a long-term home to build a career. This position is designed for a smooth transition : you’ll start by working closely with our team and patients while our current dentist scales back, positioning you to step into a leadership role within the practice.

Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures
• Build rapport and long-term trust with an established patient base
• Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and front office staff for seamless care delivery
• Participate in treatment planning with an emphasis on patient education and comfort
• Maintain a high standard of ethics, precision, and patient-centered service

We are not your "average" general dental practice. We do everything from routine care such as cleanings, fillings, crowns, orthodontic treatment, smile brightening to implants, oral cancer restoration, sleep apnea appliance (and treatment for sleep apnea), TMJ / TMD treatment AND Hemologic Enhanced Facial Rejuvenation. We have our own onsite dental laboratory, which custom characterizes ceramic restorations to seamlessly complement our patient's individual and unique smiles.
