What You'll Do :
- Learn core lines (Auto, Home, Life, Small Biz) and how to translate coverage into client value
- Manage a lead pipeline (warm + outbound), quote policies, and close with confidence
- Build lasting client relationships : onboard, cross-sell, and retain
- Master tools (CRM quoting platforms) to hit activity and sales KPIs
- Earn licenses (Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses required - we'll guide you)

Licensing Requirement : Obtain or possess your Property & Casualty, and Life & Health licenses from the State of Arizona within 30 days of hire.
