A leading global investment bank is seeking a

Vice President

to join its

Technology &

Semiconductors Investment Banking team

in San Francisco. The group advises clients across the semiconductor and broader technology ecosystem on strategic M&A, equity and debt capital markets, and financing transactions. This role offers the opportunity to join a highly active, growing platform with a strong international presence and deep sector expertise.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day execution of complex M&A, financing, and advisory transactions within the semiconductor and technology sectors.

Oversee and mentor junior professionals, ensuring excellence in financial analysis, valuation, and presentation materials.

Support senior bankers in client relationship management and business development initiatives.

Conduct detailed industry and company research to support transaction origination and execution.

Collaborate with internal partners across product and coverage teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.

Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in investment banking, ideally with exposure to technology or semiconductor transactions.

Demonstrated ability to manage deal execution and client communication independently.

Strong technical and analytical skills, including financial modeling and valuation.

Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.

Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
