Job Description

We are seeking a Construction Loan Administrator to become a part of our team! Help administer and process our construction loans and fulfill our post-construction documentation requirements. 1st Tribal Lending provides construction loans to Native Americans and Tribes to provide housing across the country.

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in reviewing construction projects before loan closing to ensure project is well budgeted
  • Order and review progress draw inspections for completion and program compliance.
  • Disburse funds for approved draws.
  • Communicate with builders, borrowers and 1st Tribal Lending staff.
  • Package documentation from completed construction projects for submission to HUD

​ Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in construction administration or management a plus
  • No lending experience is required.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
