Ensure appropriate inventory par levels and ordering system are in place. Provide great customer service so that each customer is happy and respond to complaints as needed. Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed and quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Assist with marketing events and promotions to increase store sales. Accountable for weekly KPIs and plan to achieve goals Ensure the store and exterior of the property are maintained. Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe. As the Assistant Manager, you will lead and develop people to execute outstanding product quality and customer service, build sales and control costs for the restaurant.
