A company is looking for an Independent BCBA (1099) with full admin support and autonomy in Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments and design individualized treatment plans
Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs, ensuring high fidelity in treatment implementation
Utilize data analysis to monitor client progress and modify intervention plans as needed
Qualifications
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Active Georgia LBA strongly preferred
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
Strong desire for autonomy and ability to manage an independent schedule
Comfortable using technology for telehealth supervision and digital data collection
