As a Regional Manager you will lead a team of Territory Managers to drive sales growth and market share across your assigned region. Youll oversee daily sales activity management including account ownership of two-step distributors lumberyards contractors and remodelers. Your ultimate goal : achieve sales budgets and execute marketing plans that deliver profitable growth.
You will Think Fast by leveraging data and insights to make informed decisions; Work It Together by collaborating with Territory Managers and key accounts to deliver joint success; and Make the Hard Call by prioritizing resources and strategies to meet ambitious goals.
Position location : Must reside within the Rocky Mountain region . This role requires approximately 30% travel within the territory.

Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range or be above or below the range based on factors including but not limited to education training experience professional achievement business need and addition to base salary employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance or a role-based sales incentive plan.
