Construction Superintendent
You'll start with a $1.5M design-build project at Kinsmen Park, then transition to the high-profile Wilson Building Mayor's Office renovation. You'll report directly to the VP and serve as the lead Superintendent on site, with regular office meetings. Responsibilities include :
- Overseeing all field operations and subcontractor coordination
- Ensuring safety, schedule, and quality compliance
- Leading site meetings and reporting progress
- Collaborating with PMs and leadership to drive project success
