About The Role
As a Platform Engineer at Metis, you’ll join a small, product-driven engineering team building modern infrastructure that powers critical workflows for our own training platform. You’ll own projects end-to-end, writing production-grade code, reasoning about systems holistically, and making decisions that tie directly to business outcomes. You will move fast while upholding a high bar for code quality, scalability, and simplicity.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build scalable infrastructure for reinforcement learning frameworks
- Own projects and deliver to foundational labs + large enterprises by solving real-world customer problems under real-world constraints
- Write code and leverage AI tools effectively to get the highest quality of work done in the fastest time
