A company is looking for a Healthcare Attorney Advisor to support investment diligence and portfolio strategy in the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Support investment diligence by evaluating legal structures, regulatory compliance, and data privacy implications

Analyze intellectual property, including patents and licensing arrangements, for investor protection

Assess regulatory pathways relevant to digital health, AI applications, and medical devices

Required Qualifications

JD with experience in healthcare law, venture capital, or regulatory compliance

Familiarity with HIPAA, telehealth regulations, and FDA pathways

Experience with cap tables, deal documents, and early-stage governance structures

Ability to translate legal considerations into investment implications

Commitment to responsible innovation in healthcare
