Claims Supervisor

A company is looking for a Supervisor, Claims.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day functions of the claims area and provide technical support to staff

Manage claims inventory to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements

Prepare reports and analyses to drive operational excellence and identify improvement opportunities

Required Qualifications

Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience required

2+ years of experience in health insurance, claims processing, or office services required

Previous supervisory or leadership experience with defined outcomes required

Experience with Medicaid, Marketplace, and / or Medicare preferred
