Field Supervisor – Janitorial & Construction Cleaning OperationsLocation: Pflugerville, TX
Work Type: Hybrid (Office & Field-Based)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (occasional overtime available)

We are looking to hire within the next few weeks and are focused on finding the right long-term fit for our team.If you enjoy leading teams, working in the field, and making an impact on daily operations, this is an opportunity to step into a visible leadership role with growth potential.Position OverviewThis is a hands-on leadership role overseeing cleaning crews across multiple job sites. You will serve as the direct point of contact for field staff, ensure quality standards are maintained, and help drive operational excellence.Travel to surrounding job sites is required.Key Responsibilities• Lead and supervise field crews of 6+ employees
• Coordinate daily schedules and ensure full job site coverage
• Travel between job sites to maintain quality and performance standards
• Communicate clearly with team members, clients, and management
• Enforce safety procedures and OSHA standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively
• Plan staffing needs and adjust workflow as necessary
• Provide regular updates and reports to leadershipRequired Qualifications• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Experience in janitorial services, construction cleaning, or related cleaning environments
• Experience leading teams of 6 or more employees
• Working knowledge of workplace safety standards
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to travel to surrounding job sitesCertifications (Required)• Must have OR be willing to obtain OSHA 30 certification
