This is a technology leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of the Workday platform and Workday solutions across the enterprise. This role will partner with functional leaders to deliver on the Workday roadmap and oversee a team of technical experts to drive successful implementations, enhancements, and operational excellence.

Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to :

• Execute the Workday roadmap and provide guidance, direction, and leadership over the team's day-to-day activities across application implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance.
• Cultivate a trusting, confident, engaged, and high-performing team through intentional team development, ongoing guidance, and structured performance reviews.
• Optimize the speed and quality of Workday operations and deliverables by partnering with business owners, other IT teams, and external vendors to drive continuous improvement, assess / create / improve current operational processes, tools and / or services.
• Participate in the evaluation of new technologies and oversee the implementation of these technologies into the existing landscape.
• Engage with stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle to ensure business alignment and a focus on the right problems to solve. Ensure stakeholders are updated throughout the development cycle.
• Maintain technical knowledge and understanding of the latest developments in the Workday space.

This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

Compensation information posted is based on a position being located in the state of CO, IL, or MA. Please review theposition location for theapplicable geographic location. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range for their position, as compensation decisions are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to : responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer market-based starting salaries that are consistent across individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.

The compensation range for this role in IL, MA or CO is : $137,500.00 - $206,000.00
