The Keller Williams GO Network Dallas Preston Road Market Center is looking to hire talented individuals that work well in a team setting and can keep up with a fast-paced environment with high volume recruiting and agent production. We seek passionate leaders that are resourceful and learning based.
Some requirements include but are not limited to :
- The ideal candidate must enjoy a fast-paced environment and have a positive attitude, as well as be a self-starter and a servant leader with a passion to help others.
- Bright, energetic, detail-oriented individual who can work well under pressure.
- Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities and maintain superb customer service oriented.
- Must have basic computer skills with Microsoft office and all Google Suite Applications.
- Must have superior communication skills both written and oral.
- Must be able to work quickly and find resolutions to issues as they arise. Quick problem solving is required.
- Requirement to be comfortable with evolving technology and able to understand current systems.
- Ability to train to both groups and one on one is required. These positions will need to have skills to be able to deliver new content to real estate agents both new to the business and experienced.
- Must be able to take initiative on office projects.
- This position will oversee planning, setup, and execution of Market Center events.
- Will need to work with new agent hires in the full on-boarding of their businesses (Day 1 to fully plugged in).
- This position will work closely with 3rd party vendors that offer services to the Market Center.
