A company is looking for a Paralegal to provide legal support to attorneys and internal clients in various corporate transactions.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting real estate documents, maintaining corporate records, and supporting legal securities teams

Coordinating due diligence requests and preparing closing documentation for corporate financing and M&A transactions

Proofreading legal documents and analyzing documents for attorney review

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

Four (4) years or more relevant work experience in a legal environment required

Paralegal certification preferred

Expertise in real estate documentation and familiarity with corporate securities filings is helpful

No travel required
