Job Description
Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care in the operative setting. The RN will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and ensuring a safe environment during surgical procedures.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the operating room.
- Assess and address clinical, educational, mental, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Maintain a safe and aseptic environment in the OR setting.
- Function effectively in high-stress situations, utilizing problem-solving skills.
- Recognize safety issues and implement measures to protect self and others.
- May assume the role of charge nurse and delegate appropriately.
