Key Responsibilities

Facilitate a productive learning environment and interact professionally with students

Support student learning and uphold institutional policies while promoting the college's mission

Engage in professional development to enhance teaching effectiveness and stay updated on industry trends

Required Qualifications

Earned terminal degree in the healthcare field and a master's degree in education, or vice versa

At least 1 year of teaching experience in a formal educational setting, preferably in higher education

Experience in developing online professional relationships

Evidence of professional research or creative work in the field

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment
