Position : Swiss CNC Programmer

Location : Yorba Linda, CA

Type : Contract to Hire

Hourly Rate : $35-$45 / hr. based on experience

Kelly Engineering is looking for an experienced Swiss CNC Programmer. If you love precision, thrive in fast-paced environments, and want to impact complex part manufacturing, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do :

Develop and optimize programs for Swiss Style CNC Lathes

Setup, operate, and troubleshoot CNC equipment

Create programs from engineering drawings, blueprints, and CAD models

Perform equipment maintenance and ensure tight tolerances in production

Inspect finished parts and ensure all quality standards are met

Document programs, tooling setups, and procedures

Train and mentor junior programmers and operators

Collaborate with engineers and production teams

Requirements :

High school diploma required (technical / trade school or associate’s in manufacturing preferred)

3–5 years of Swiss CNC programming experience

Skilled in CNC setup, troubleshooting, and machine operation

Experience with M- and G-code, CAD / CAM CNC software (Partmaker, TB Deco, SilviExpert a plus)

Experience in high-volume, high-precision environments (medical device experience preferred)

Strong communication and documentation skills
