Process Engineer
Job Description
In this role, you will drive advancements in thermal spray manufacturing processes. You will leverage digital tools, modern inspection technologies, and data-driven methods to improve product quality and machine reliability. Your contributions will reduce downtime, enhance production efficiency, and ensure coatings meet stringent performance standards. You will lead the development, implementation, and continuous monitoring of thermal spray coating processes within the combustion manufacturing environment.

This is a Permanent position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $125000.00 / yr.
PTO : 18 Paid Time Off days plus 4 floating holidays, totaling 22 days8 company paid holidays : New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
Retirement Savings Plan : Includes a 401K which offers $1 for $1 company match up to 6% of your contribution. You are eligible to contribute from your date of hire, with a 2-year vesting period for the company match.
