Pre-Certification Coordinator

A company is looking for a Pre-Certification Coordinator I (Remote) in Neurology.

Key Responsibilities

Initiates and facilitates the pre-determination process for medical services

Contacts insurance companies for benefit verification and pre-certification of procedures

Maintains communication with physicians and logs all pre-certifications in process

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent certification

2 years of experience in a medical office setting

No specific certification or professional license required

Associate degree preferred

Certifications such as CPC or RHIT are a plus
