A company is looking for an Early Career Trial Attorney (Remote - Las Vegas, NV).

Key Responsibilities

Manage all phases of insurance defense litigation from case inception through verdict

Organize and prepare case materials for hearings, trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions

Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions

Required Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) degree and current Nevada bar license, in good standing

Completion of coursework in legal research, writing, and analysis

Demonstrated ability to draft clear, well-structured legal documents

Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
