A company is looking for a Client Success Manager to ensure exceptional service for health plan clients while impacting lives positively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client operations and engagement, acting as the primary advocate for health plan clients
Coordinate meetings to align with clients' needs and document actionable steps for progress
Analyze client change requests and ensure seamless execution while maintaining strong relationships
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in health plan client success, sales operations, or account management
Bachelor's degree required
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with Salesforce
Organized and adaptable, thriving in dynamic environments
A clinical background is a plus, with a strong passion for client success
