[job_card.job_description]Hardwired internet (ethernet) connection Internet download speed of 25mbps and 5mbps (10 preferred) upload or higher required (you can test this by going to www.speedtest.net) Private work area and adequate power source Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job. Monitor call volume and staffing data to ensure workers are performing in accordance with established quality and performance standards. Research inquiries using various tools, databases, written materials, and the web to provide knowledgeable responses to inquiries. High School diploma or equivalent with 2-4 years of experience.

Maximus is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced WFM Analyst.
- Position is contingent upon contract award
This is a fully remote role.
Must have the ability to pass a federal background check.
Equipment will be provided but must meet the remote position requirement provided below :
